Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly connected President of Restoration to lead our Atlanta operations. This individual will serve as the face of the company—building and nurturing relationships with adjusters, community partners, and customers—while also driving sales, overseeing day-to-day operations, and executing the strategic vision. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who thrives on autonomy, understands the residential restoration market, and is deeply engrained in the Atlanta restoration and insurance community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior executive responsible for all aspects of the business—sales, operations, and customer success.
• Act as the company’s primary front-facing leader in the Atlanta metroplex, building strong relationships with adjusters, referral partners, and the local community.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, winning new business, and strengthening brand reputation in the market.
• Lead, mentor, and manage field and office teams to ensure operational excellence, on-time execution, and high-quality customer experiences.
• Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with ownership on strategic direction, reporting, and investment in people, systems, and process improvements.
• Maintain high visibility in industry associations, community events, and adjuster networks.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in residential restoration, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong existing relationships with adjusters and a trusted reputation in the Atlanta restoration community.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a P&L, manage teams, and deliver results with a high degree of autonomy.
• Deep understanding of residential restoration workflows, insurance processes, and customer engagement best practices.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
